What is needed?
Before you can rent your property we need to ensure your property is compliant and safe.
All rental properties are required to have:
Energy Performance Certificate - These are valid for 10 years so you may already have one.
Gas Safety Certificate - This is a annual check to ensure that all gas appliances and the installation in your property is safe
Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) - This is an annual check to ensure that all the electrical installation in the property is safe.
What Next?
Lets get you started..
The first step to becoming one of our landlord is for us to appraise your property, this can be in person, by photos or a video call - this helps us to get a feel for your property, what repairs might be needed to get it tenant ready and give you an idea of potential rental income
After this we will look to agree your rental income, arrange any repairs that are needed and get you set up on our Landlord system.
We will then book in for our floorplans, photography and compliance checks
Once you have approved the photos and listing details your property will go live on Zoopla and we will start to book in viewings.
